• The word;multifidus and paraspinal, in the middle hurts on my back!!seriously.

Ytd was suicidal training,i swear!
Now my leg and back is effing pain from those trainings.
But no pain no gain lah.
Tomorrow still got training,and am i going to survive this?

Tiring,tiring,superb tiring.

Tomorrow home econs with 'beloved' ms cheng-.-"
And tmr is also training so maybe will come late for training:D
Cooking some fried rice i think?
Just now something happens at the 154 bustop.

I got Sabrina's t-shirt,and i recognise easily:)
Her handwriting and the "run with the wind" hoho.
Then go call her talk about Homeworks,super long talk to her.
She kept singing like wadde hell.:B
