Currently listen songs and now is 11.51pm and here i am posting.
Today's training is so fun or i rather say it's rather exhausting.
But yet its so fun.Can't deny it eventhough its tiring and breathless.
Sabrina and Jiaxin never run 50m 2 rounds.-.-
Excuses alot and alot.Esp Sabrina.
The 3km was fun indeed eventhough thr was many slopes.
Do some staircase,not tiring as i thought it will be.:)
And the 50m was super exhausting! I felt like fainting after passing the baton.
It was not fun when we need to run together with the boys as thr is no baton.

Then finish.phew!~
Bought water and slack under block.:)
Then went home and i am posting right now.
