Okay,basically today just sit at home doing nothing.
Boredom strucked again.
Tranining tomorrow,well i hope it won't be too tough.
But will be normal to run 3km or 5km.
And do speedwork.
At least 5km or 3km is not round&round the stadium.
We will probably most be running around the estate and neighbourhood.
