first of all,my leg hurts alot! bcos of the jumping thing at training,
and i hate it so much and haorong kept disturbing like trying scare me.
puh-lease lah,i don't like it horh!
u think very funny huh when ppl fall?
bluek:P.i'll make u fall arh,if u try doing that again.
and pls lah, i noe tht u're a senior and u can do watever u want.
u say people be serious but u urself make ppl dun be serious!

well but the fact is i hate the jumping thing!
especially the last two,they were high and i kept jumping sideways.-.-
I JUST HATE IT!
and thn it was the same training.
okay,sabrina came to boonlay late.and we moved off late.
blame sabrina!LOL.jkjk thn inside traing i kept playing shimei DS!:D
aft reaching blablabla.. skipskipskipskip
thn take bus to SRJC again!
and reach thr put bag and suddenly someone said thrs no training!
and i felt like wadde hell???

thn training started,ran 3 rounds non stop lah!!so happy!:D
thn the jumping,sprinting and elastic band came!!!
i simply hae the jumping lahs!!
so stupid sia!
i will always jump sideways no matter how many times i jump.
but aft a few i jump straight but no strength to run the sprint.
and sabrina say i run like ______..(dun want tell)
and tht person kept scaring ppl for no reason?
he crazy huh?i think yeah!LOL
and i hope tht person knows who is it
and aft doing 10 sets,need run 3m..ehk,wait 3km!!!
i feel like huh??kidding me arh?
thn mr lim says those who cannot don't run,and i gladly back out. cos' i know i cannot mah,
so why waste time on 3km when i know i'm going to slack.?

and go back home take train,inside train kept playing DS.
shimei need drop off at outram park meet her mother. so good!
and inside the train so pack with human beings or earthlings.

i got off at boonlay when my house at around lakeside thr.

in JP i buy bubble tea.
i nvr eat in morning so i hungry like wat.
